How much does it cost to join?

To make membership accessible to all, packages start at R350 p/m. For those who want add-on services such as the payroll service, the cost may be higher depending on your needs.

Our mission is to extend quality labour support to ALL companies. The association was started because of seeing the need for small and new organizations for this kind of expert support at a rate that was affordable. Please see our pricing and packages page for more information.

What is included in your HR/IR kit?

Our HR/IR kit included a comprehensive set of must-have, useful HR/IR documents.
The documents contained in the Kit include, amongst many others:

  • contracts of employment for permanent staff and temporary employees
  • a disciplinary code
  • disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • grievance forms
  • warning forms
  • interview documents
  • record of disciplinary hearing documents
  • job application forms
  • time management documents
  • leave application forms, etc.

We regularly update the Kit as the need arises.
