Jerome Mausling
Jerome Mausling started ARMS in 2000. He was trained as a Commissioner in 1996, holds an LLB degree from UNISA, a Certificate in Arbitration from the International Association of Arbitrators, is an admitted Advocate, and has over twenty years of experience in employment law across all industries. He is dedicated to providing value to ARMS members by delivering efficient and prompt service of the highest calibre.
Jan-Hugo Roothman
Jan-Hugo is a B.Com. Human Resource Management graduate of the University of the Free State. He started working as an ARMS official in 2015, and has grown with the organisation as an employee and as an individual. Meeting new people, going to new places, sharing members’ highs and lows and their positive feedback are just some of the highlights of working here.
Elenette Brookes
Elenette Brookes recently joined the ARMS team in July 2020. She holds a B.Com. (Law) and LL.B. degree from the University of Stellenbosch. Following her graduation, she specialised in Labour Law whilst completing her practical vocational training at Guy & Associates. In October 2020, she was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court. Elenette enjoys litigation and has represented numerous clients at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration and at various Bargaining Councils across South Africa. She is also committed to providing innovative, transformative and cost-effect labour solutions for your workplace.
Corrinne Holster
Corrinne Holster is the Office Manager, Debt Collector and Accounts Manager of ARMS. She holds a Paralegal Diploma from the South African Law School in Cape Town and has a keen interest in the law. As such, she also studied towards an LL.B. degree at the University of Western Cape. Since 2006, she has been ensuring that all ARMS members have access to excellent service by promptly responding to all queries, scheduling ARMS experts to attend to all of member needs and keeping members appraised of any information which they may require.
Shani De Kock
Shani de Kock, has been part of the ARMS team since 2008 after spending her growth years in the Clothing Industry. She has extensive experience in Management, Skills Training & Development and Human Resources Management among other. Since being at ARMS she has honed her skills in chairing disciplinary hearings and representing clients in arbitrations at the CCMA and various Bargaining Councils. She enjoys the challenge of resolving disputes in the workplace through mediation but her passion is growing managers, employees and building teams that are effective, productive and cohesive through coaching, mentoring and counselling to ensure ROI in human capital.
